ERGE Charging Station Co-investment Requirements
1. Investment
Location owner is responsible for the cost and expense of the installation, electricity expense with electricity authority and internet connection expense
2. System Service Fee
The operator will charge the system service fee at the rate specified in the contract. The service fee will be automatically deducted when the income is transferred to the property owner's account. This can be verified from the management system report.
3. Equipment and Installation
The operator will install the station, electrical connection and internet so that the station can operate. All properties will belong to the location owner.
4. Maintenance
To ensure the charging station's highest quality of service and safety, the operator is responsible for all charger and charging station repairs, maintenance, and problem resolution within the time frame specified in the contract.
5. Marketing and PR
The Operator will help conducting the marketing, advertising, and PR activities to raise the awareness and overall credibility of the EV Charging Station upon the discretion of both parties.
6. Customer Service and Support
The Location Owner is responsible for maintaining the security of the EV Charging Station. If the EV Charger is damaged, the Location Owner must inform the Operator immediately so that the Operator can rectify such the damage.
